No service contract is required to receive service. Call us when you need help. We resolve your issue and bill you for parts and labor. We do offer custom service agreements upon request.
We offer in-house, on-site, and remote support to our business clients and in-house or remote support to our consumer clients.
Yes, our minimum diagnostic fee is $50. It includes troubleshooting and a repair quote. If you choose to repair your equipment, the minimum diagnostic fee will be applied to your repair balance. This fee applies to in-store repairs only.
A credit application is required for any new client seeking terms. Our invoices are due upon receipt. Purchases above $1500 require a 50% down payment with the balance being due upon delivery.
Yes, we offer a 30 day guarantee on all labor including in-house, on-site and remote. All parts are covered under the manufacturers warranty.
Yes, we can resolve most non-hardware based issues with our remote support technologies. An internet connection is required to recieve support.
Yes, we support products that were originally purchased from other vendors. Labor warranties are not transferrable.
When calling our main office number after hours, you will be given the option to contact a technician on call.

Yes, we can handle all of your hosting needs including: email, web site and DNS hosting.
If you are an established client, all on-site business support will be billed to your account. (Refer to #5 if you will need to open a business account). In-house repairs and on-site repairs (if the client is not an established customer) are payable with Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, checks and cash.
Yes, our minimum charge for on-site labor is 1 hour. The minimum charge for Remote support labor is a ½ hour.
Yes, we highly recommend off-site backup! When disaster strikes your home or office, off-site backup offers protection from catastrophic data loss. We have several off-site backup options.
