Positions Available
The Administrative Assistant ensures smooth daily operations of the office. This position involves a blend of customer service, logistical coordination, and administrative tasks, all carried out with a strong sense of responsibility and organization.
Details:
- Receive job requests from clients and follow through until completed (dispatch tech, schedule appt, follow up upon completion)
- Accept payments over the phone and in-person
- Receive and process mail, shipment, and clients’ equipment
- Compile quotes and order equipment as needed
- Assist bookkeeper with accounting tasks
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized office space
- Run errands (pick up mail from post office and supplies from local merchants)
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office Suite
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Maintain and stock inventory of equipment and supplies
- Strong organizational skills
- Accurately record and relay detailed messages
Working Hours:
- Part time position – M-F – Schedule TBD – 29 hrs per week
