Positions Available

The Administrative Assistant ensures smooth daily operations of the office. This position involves a blend of customer service, logistical coordination, and administrative tasks, all carried out with a strong sense of responsibility and organization.

Details:

  • Receive job requests from clients and follow through until completed (dispatch tech, schedule appt, follow up upon completion)
  • Accept payments over the phone and in-person
  • Receive and process mail, shipment, and clients’ equipment
  • Compile quotes and order equipment as needed
  • Assist bookkeeper with accounting tasks
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized office space
  • Run errands (pick up mail from post office and supplies from local merchants)

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office Suite
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Maintain and stock inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Accurately record and relay detailed messages

Working Hours:

  • Part time position – M-F – Schedule TBD – 29 hrs per week
